Michael Campbell, aka Mikey Dread was a top-notch reggae artist from Jamaica. I learned of him through the CLASH and the "Bankrobber/Robber Dub" 7" I bought in the early 1980s. I'm pretty sure he died ten years ago or so.

A great Gregory Isaacs album from the 1990s I think. The man recorded over 72 albums, at the minimum. I love this guy they called "The Cool Ruler!"

This is what they mean when they say America is a racist country. A middle-aged White public school teacher uses the word nigg@ in the context of telling kids NOT to use the word. He was literally quoting what every single one of us hears them using all the fucking time. Imagine telling Dr. Martin Luther King Jr that in 2023 Black people will be so fragile that when a White teacher tells his Black students to stop using the word "nig.ga" they break down crying over it! Not only do they break down in tears, but they also stage a walk-out until the teacher is FIRED and his entire life ruined! Are you fucking kidding me? How about every Black and mixed-black person stop using that heinous word repeatedly in music, movies, and culture or else don't get so triggered when a White dude uses it in a quote. Should White actors who use that word in movies be sanctioned for racism? He quoted you dumb students, asking you to stop using racist language in his classroom. Don't you get it?
