Here we have a video from a band called WILDWOOD. Still don't know anything about this band, but I'd like to find out more! This song rocks! A guy on YouTube says his dad played guitar in this band, but has since passed away. R.I.P. "Big John." Great old music right here! I love it! God bless everyone.

Strawberry Alarm Clock "Curse Of The Witches"

Here we have the song "Curse of the Witches" by STRAWBERRY ALARM CLOCK! They were an awesome psychedelic rock-n-roll band who were around in the mid to late 1960's. I'm not exactly sure when they broke up or if they were active into the 70's. Either way, this is a kick ass song! Enjoy it & get into it!

"KEMAL" Psych-Folk Band from Bosnia (1960's - '70's)

This is some really weird music!  I'm digging it though.  It kind of sounds Egyptian at times, as in traditional Egyptian folk music, but they were from Bosnia.  I wish I was born twenty years earlier that way I would've been able to experience the awesome 1960's music scene as well as the heyday of punk in the late '70s AND the advent of American hardcore in the early '80s!!   Thank God for YouTube and people willing to upload a ton of great, obscure rock bands!  I'm loving it!  m//r

ANDWELLA'S DREAM "Cocaine" (1969)

"You need cocaine on my brain!"  Actually, cocaine sucks big time, but this band doesn't! This is a laid back, yet rockin' forward song circa 1969.  So many great psychedelic rock bands went forgotten from this era.  Thanks to YouTube they are found again!!

Recovering Zinesters, Hardcore Kids, Punks, Skins, Mods, Skaters, etc...

Cindy, who does the great "Doris" fanzine, just put out a 'zine, all about and constructed by, recovering alcoholics / addicts.  I scanned the review in the new issue of MRR.  I'm gonna head over to microcosm.com and check if they've got it.  It looks interesting and I've always enjoyed Cindy's writing.  I'm always down to hear what other hardcore kids & punk rockers have to say about addiction, AA / NA, God, higher power, recovery, rehab centers, detox's, etc.  I'll mos def review it here when I get my hands on a copy.
