"Turmeric & Ginger Tea / Easy, Immune Boosting & Anti-inflammatory"--

I have made drinks like this many, many times. Usually a combination of these exact ingredients plus valerian, for sleep and anxiety, chamomille for relaxation, etc. I put in a little cardamom this time and a lot more black pepper and turmeric! There are all different ways to make this, I love it!!
