Psychedelic Sounds are Surreal...

Thirty seconds into this, and now it's forty seconds. Twenty more seconds and it'll be a minute. Yep, I was right: I just looked at the video and it WAS a minute. That's all in the past. Now I'll focus on the present. But when I go to make a presentation on the present, it becomes the past. Maybe making a "pastation" is more apropos than a "presentation." I don't know how to spell new words, and neither does my spell-check. One thing I do know, and that is I am four minutes into this music, yet I don't feel four minutes older. Have I found the Fountain of Youth?

Eastern Orthodox Monastery-- "The Good Struggle" Documentary

This is just awesome! I was mesmerized through the entire documentary! These Eastern Orthodox monks live in a very secluded monastery in Lebanon. Their monastery is built into the side of a mountain, at an altitude of 450 meters (1,350 feet). They spend the entire day at work and in prayer. Did you hear what he said? it takes a man in very good shape about a half an hour to walk up the stairs/path to the monastery proper! That's incredible!

FURY "Failed Entertainment"

FURY's second full-length album "Failed Entertainment" was released on May 3, 2019. I've listened to it once & am going through it a second time to absorb it properly. I like it. It's good. It's hasn't grabbed me nearly as strongly as their first album, "Paramount" did. That's why I've got to absorb it & get familiar with it some more. In my mind, FURY can't top "Paramount"! That album was fresh & different. Though I do have a good feeling about this really taking root and growing on me and the hardcorepunk scene at large.
